Overview
Uploading proofs is a 3-step process.
1. Process the original images using the Create Photo Galleries tool of Photoshop Elements.
2. Upload the generated images into the proofs folder of your FTP site.
3. Test the session to make sure that it is working.

Adobe Photoshop Elements
CuteFTP
A 30-day trial version of CuteFTP is available for download from http://www.cuteftp.com [1].
Other image manipulation and FTP software may be used, however the instructions were prepared with these programs in mind.
1. Process the Images
1.1 Open Photoshop Elements.
1.2 Click the Organize button.

1.3 The Organizer window should display.

1.4 Drag and drop the images you want to process into the Organizer window.

The copied images should display in the Organizer window once the copy operation is completed.

1.5 Click Create > Photo Galleries to open the Photo Galleries Wizard.

1.6 Click the Add button in the bottom left-hand corner of the Photo Galleries Wizard.

1.7 Click the Select All button in the Add Photos window.

1.8 Click the Add Selected button in the Add Photos window and then click the Done button.

1.9 You should now be back to the main Photo Galleries Wizard screen. Click the Next Step button in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.

1.10 Enter a name for the gallery at the bottom of the screen under Save and Share.

Use only alphanumeric characters (a-z and 0-9).
Do not use spaces, underscores, dashes or any other special characters.
The folder name is case-sensitive. We recommend that you use only lowercase letters.
The name of this folder is the Session ID.
1.11 Click the Share button in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.

A window such as the following will display as Elements processes your images:

1.12 Locate and open the folder generated by the Photo Galleries Wizard.
1.13 Under resources\media\01default_st, rename the large folder to images and the thumb folder to thumbnails.
2. Upload the Images
2.1 Open CuteFTP.
2.2 Connect to your FTP site.

The following information is needed to connect to your FTP site:
- Host name, also referred to as host address
- User name
- Password
Please contact Marathon Internet Services Customer Support at 800-228-0629 to obtain this information if you do not already have it.
2.3 Once connected, locate and open the proofs folder by double-clicking on the folder named proofs.


2.4 Upload the folder generated by the Photo Galleries Wizard into the proofs folder.
Select the folder to upload on the left and then click the Upload button at the top of the window.
3. Test the Session
3.1 Open your web browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc..) and go to the Session Proofing logon page on your website.
3.2 Type the name of the folder created in Step 1.1 into the Session ID field.
3.3 Click the Go To Proofs button.
3.4 You should now be viewing the proofs.
