  • Published April 2nd, 2010 by Websites and Services Support

This is a web-based email system to check email while you are away from your studio or computer.

Access to MarathonMail is included with your monthly hosting fee. To access MarathonMail open your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc,.) and go to webmail.yourdomain.tld where yourdomain.tld implies your domain name.

Example: If your domain name was janespics.com, you would go to http://webmail.janespics.com

This will bring you to the logon screen for MarathonMail which will look similar to:

Enter your username, the portion of your email address before the @ symbol, and your password and then click the Login button. The Language is set to Default, which is English, so no need to change this setting before logging in.

FTP

Supported FTP Clients

There are many FTP programs to choose from when it comes to replacing gallery images within your website or uploading session images for online viewing. We support a few FTP clients that are both Mac and Windows compatible, therefore we have created a few tutorials to assist with the setup and use. You may download the client to appear as a desktop shortcut. We can not support all FTP clients, so you may have to contact that vendor if not found on our support website.

  • CuteFTP - offers a 30-day FREE trial before you buy. They also have several different options and just depends on what features you prefer to have if using other than for Marathon uploading purposes.
  • FileZilla - this is a free ftp client that requires a few settings to adjust when it's first installed.

Please click the links above to be directed to the correct support for downloading the client and using it to upload sessions or change out gallery images.
